I have loved Chai since I first tasted it, but it was always a guilty pleasure- too much sugar, too much sweets... but now- its not an everyday treat still, but this recipe for chai tastes better than any packet, pouch, or ready-mixed blend, and even better than most chais at cafes, IMHO. and at just about 100 Calories, using honey and not sugar, it is a treat I don't have to feel guilty about.
We love Sloppy Joes here, but that is a way too fatty meal for trying to lose weight... So, in the spirit of fresh and healthy Eating, the Turkey/Veggie Pita Joe was born.
This is a Fresh, Easy Ravioli Meal. I made a full batch and froze half for another night. I also made the Raviolis early in the day, and Boiled them later for a quick dinner.
This is adapted from another Recipe , using more fresh ingredients and no sausage. I also allow for larger serving sizes, while keeping Calories down.
This is a yummy variation on a dish my sister used to prepare. She makes it with lots of salt and with either steak or chicken strips. I used low fat content ground beef. you could also use ground turkey if you choose.
This is not my Recipe, but I thought it should be ok to share. I subbed Raisons for the chocolate chips.

This is a great after the Holidays soup, I could not find a better ingredient choice in the database than the swanson, but I actually used the drippings from my christmas turkey, without the fat, and some boneless skinless chicken breast.
