Adapted from PaleOMG.com Great recipes, I just adapt them to what I have... I am not strict paleo, just find higher protein (while eating enough fiber!!!) is powerful in destroying my cravings. NOTE: these are green b/c the protein powder is green
Adapted from paleOMG.com... Juli has fantastic paleo recipes and sense of humor. I am not fully paleo, but these taste so good I can't help incorporate to my high protein (carbs b/w 120-150g) diet.
Looked through all the recipes and saw so many with a ton of oil and cheese. My rule, cheese and oils are flavorings to be used like a spice, a little goes a long way. I used asiago as it has a little stronger flavor. It is a thicker recipe than traditional pesto, but when added to pasta with a splash of pasta water.... you will never miss the extra fat!!!

This recipe is my secret weapon!!! It is modified w/no fat yogurt and low fat cream cheese . for 6 4oz servings it ended up to be 4 g fat and calorie count is 114! That's great!!! Dietary fiber is almost 5 grams!
Fat is not the enemy, but I have never been short on fat for my daily nutrition. If you reduce fat (at 9 calories per gram) it helps to reduce total calories a day. Eat this recipe with your favorite veggies (no bread) and you will have a great nutritional count at end of day.
Using coconut flour and almond flour.
This recipe is from recipezaar.com and is delicious! I changed it a bit to add more fiber in my life and instead of 2/3 tapioca flour I did half in flax seed meal. Great texture and moist bread. Delicous as a roast beef sandwich.

I have been gluten free for a year and have found that there is no need to have 5 flours to make a great tasting waffle. I also do not prefer the flavor of bean based flours, so this recipe is suited to that preference.
Easy and good. Basic gluten free ingredients and can be made vegan style.
Super easy, just open cans and add chicken.
