HIGH FIBER/LOW CALORIE. I used to buy the store bought breakfast sandwiches or burritos, but decided to make and freeze my own for fast breakfast on the go. Turned out GREAT!

Family Favorite! I use canned soup, frozen mixed veggies and leftover chicken then for the topping whatever i have, either canned bisquits or bisquick. (this recipe is calculated with bisquick)
These are so delicious and are so simple. They remind me of Chili's black beans. Adjust the seasonings to your liking. I make this as a main dish served with a salad but would be a perfect side dish.

This is an original version. This has quite a bit of calories and fat but is DELICIOUS, But, you could cut the calories and fat by a BUNCH if you use reduced fat soup and sour cream. (But these are HUGE portions, could probably actually be 7 or 8 portions which would also reduce the calories and fat)
This is SOOO good! It is so easy to make and can go with anything! Eat with tortillas, put it on rice or your been burrito...even with your eggs in the morning. Endless possibilities. Make in a big batch and freeze.
