Did not count full ingredients (except mushrooms!) called for in recipe as there's egg substitute/crumb mixture leftover. I still left it fairly conservative.

Got this out of a recent Hungry Girl email and it looked super yummy so giving it a try!
Great for leftover chicken, easy to make and filling! Just made for one serving, but easy to duplicate if needing to make multiples.
Had it at a party and loved it! Found a recipe on Recipezaar and have "healthified" it. I have used mostly fat free products, but if you don't like that, using reduced fat shouldn't hurt it too much!
