Amber's Pepper Crackers (6 topped crackers)

This is a Vegan treat I first came up with for my Vegan husband when he was craving Cheese and Crackers. They are now a household favorite.

Fresh Strawberry Sorbet

Preparation: 1-1.5 hours (active, about 15-20 minutes), 25-30 minutes chilling time; optional 2 hours to 'ripen' in the freezer.

Fresh Lemon Sorbet

This is the first sorbet I ever made. I used Mejer lemons from the farmer's market. Four lemons were plenty. Half the lemon rind rind or an orange/Clementine rind, dipped in water & frozen, makes a nice serving bowl.

An ice cream maker is required for this recipe.

Preparation: 10 minutes + cooling time, 25-30 minutes chilling time; optional 2-3 hours to 'ripen' in the freezer.

This pasta en brodo recipe is a great dish because it's light, healthy, and packed with flavor.

Fruited Tofu Curry Salad

Vegetarian salad, with a lot of flavor. Serve as a meal or as a side dish on a bed of lettuce or in pita pockets. Tofu may also be pan fried in a small amount of oil with a tablespoon of curry powder instead of boiling method.
