This is a healthy twist on an old italian favorite. This meal is very hearty & filling.
I first saw this recipe online. I got home & had to modify the ingrediants according to what i had at hand. Anyone that tries this recipe, you can add nuts, different fruits, anything you want to this and it will still be delicious.
