Use a olive oil instead of butter and leave out the egg for a vegan version. The egg is helpful if you're grilling; otherwise use some olive oil and pan fry them (frying oil not included in the nutritional chart)
Good with any type of McCormick packet; most instructions are the same
Great on the grill (discard any extra marinade) or use as base for breaded chicken baked in the oven (add breadcrumbs, not included in this nutritional label)
Really easy and quick chicken dish--cooks in one pot, and you can vary the salad dressing used and the veggies used. You can also vary the serving sizes for a lower calorie lunch.
Adjust the spices as you like for taste; we like it spicy! This is an update of another member's recipe, only with half & half and added spices; I needed to post it to see the calorie intake.
