I like to make these up on sunday morning and freeze. That way during the week we can just grab one, microwave for 30 secs and be off with a healthy breakfast.

need to use up some pantry items and make dinner in a pinch. this is what I came up with.
I use turkey dogs and turkey chili for a healthier alternative. No bun reduces the calories on this one! Pickles and mustard make great no cal toppings. Add some onion if you like!
I used red potatoes for this recipe but feel free to swap them out. Also, I used dried herbs and onions because that is what I had and what time allowed. I'm sure fresh will add much more flavor
My family loves Asian food, and I'm always looking for ways to sneak their veggies into good tasting food.
I boost up the flavor of this dish by using sesame oil to saute the veggies in and by using fresh garlic and ginger this dish really comes to life.
