Italian shortbread cookie for a celebration treat. Though I MUST do a taste test, I won't be eating these, they are for Christmas Gift Boxes.

I keep this blend of veggies in my fridge all the time. Whether to eat as a side salad or use as filler in a wrap or sandwich.
Pile in any and all of your favorite veggies for a hearty wrap. Drop off the oil to lower the fat grams.
This is a low fat, low calorie Shrimp Scampi. Goes great with Yelllow rice , salad and asparagus
Serving size is 7 Shrimp.
This is the most energizing off all the juices I've tried. I love to have this as a mid-day snack.

I usually substitute lean stew meat for steak, to save time cutting the steak into strips.

You can substitute whole wheat flour for white flour if you increase salt to 3/4 t. and baking powder to 4 t.
