Lightly breaded turkey cutlets- high in protein and low in calories- very filling
ok- the mexican beef and rice was too high in calories for some- so I made it over- for about 1/2 the calories- removed the oil, added add'l 1/4 cup of ff cheese, and a larger jar of salsa kept this from getting too dry.
Delicious- even your kids will love it. A little on the high calorie side
Quick and easy- 7 ingredients and 20 minutes-very tasty and filling-this is for my large family- adjust the amount to suit yours. Serve cold as a pasta salad w/ grated cheese.
