These balls are great because they are oven-baked, not fried, can be made in advance and then cooked just before serving.
• Serve with a salad for a main meal or on their own as an appetiser or entrée.
• If your kids cope with Green Bits, add ¼ cup of chopped coriander or parsley leaves to the mixture.
This came as an idea to limit the bread in my meal. My 12 year old lapped it up and she does not normally eat more than a mouthful of meat unless it's chicken. The Woolworths pork meatballs are very juicy, tasty with plenty of garlic and herbs. The beef ones seem to dry out more so I only buy the pork.
A modified version to a recipe I found in a magazine. The original had 400g sliced peaches in natural juice instead of the berries. The Nestle yoghurt was Peach Mango. Ingredients list below shows the Australian products and metric measurements
