A tasty turn on the usual breakfast pie. Quick, easy, and filling! There's no milk in this version; I don't think it needs it!
Chop everything ahead of time (I keep bags of frozen veggies in the freezer for just such an occasion), and then you can assemble in the morning and have a delicious dinner waiting for you when you come home! Great with some crusty bread!
The traditional Impossible Pie made without milk. I can handle cheese, but not milk. Couldn't tell the difference and it whittled off some calories from this rich but easy dish.
A companion sauce to the base Orzotto recipe, or good over any pasta or rice!
A really basic wrap that we eat around our house all the time.
Orzo pasta cooked risotto style. A great pasta base with its own sauce, doesn't take as much water, and tastes darn good to boot! You can add meats, veggies, even a bit of sauce to create a wide range of good things!
