Mom's Soup

This is a comfort food of mine since I was a kid. The only change I've made from my Mom's recipe is to use ground turkey instead of ground beef. This soup freezes well and tastes greta the next day. Spices have relatively few calories so adjust them to your taste and you will not affect the nutrition info too substantially. The same thing applies to the veggies.
