Wonderful sauce for fish or chicken
**This makes alot of sauce. You may want to halve the recipe or even freeze some in muffin tins for future use.
I hate the preservative taste of bottled dressings so I expermented with different ingredient combos until I found a flavor I liked. Plus this dressing has 3 grams of protein per serving.
You can replace the the asparagus or bell peppers with any veggies you like. Serve over rice of noodles.
Great for salads. For added ease of prep you can buy pre cut veggies at the market.
I used fully cooked rotisserie chicken from the grocery store for added ease of preperation.
