Good for either breakfast, brunch, or dinner. We serve it with a (lightly) fried egg on top, but you can omit it if you choose.
Not necessarily "healthy," but a better alternative than the traditional mug brownie. This recipe cuts the calories in half. You can omit the chocolate chips to cut another 70+ calories.
You obviously wouldn't want to incorporate this into your everyday diet, but it's quick, cheap, and easy when you're craving chocolate!
