This Zucchini side dish is great with just about anything and is very healthy! Also, kids like it since it "hides" the zucchini :) with cheese.
It is also great if you have some left over pasta sauce that you don't know what to do with!
This simple smoothie serves 2, and is very refreshing in the morning! (Also, great for when you are in a rush!)
I took a version of banana bread, and did a few swaps. My family has no clue it is better for them! The original recipe had double the calories and fat!
To cut more calories, try using baking splenda instead of the brown sugar.
To cut the cholesterol, you could sub out eggs for egg beaters too!
This makes 2 loaves.
