A quick meal. Staples can all be kept on the shelf so you can have on hand ready to make.
My son learned to make this while in Russia. We have him make it for us every time he comes home. It is a hardy beet and beef soup with just the right amount of "heat" to still enjoy the flavors of the vegetables.
I love tamales, but I don't have a clue on how to make them. So, I created this casserole dish that is a good alternative to the individually wrapped ones.
The Tandoori spice mix I use to buy was discontinued, so I made up my own. I think I came close.
When strawberries are plentiful, I wash and cut them up. Then measure them out one cup per bag so we can make smoothie throughout the year. The banana is frozen and makes the treat smooth, creamy, and delicious.
This is a simple casserole, but the bread crumbs add a final touch. I got the recipe for the bread crumbs from Ballet_Bunny so thank you thank you. However, when I looked for it again I couldn't find it to tell you.
Good old fashion meal just like your Mom use to make. Goes well with a green salad.
Got this recipe from a friend. It can be made in a bread machine, doubled or tripled and it is always the best.
This casserole is made with diced chicken and broccoli with a touch of curry for just the right flavor.
