Pizza muffin recipe found in Oxygen magazine. Don't always trust calorie counts, so entered them in here to verify.
Simply cottage cheese blended with no-fat Rosarita brand traditional refired beans pureed in a food processor until smooth. Creamy Mexican goodness without the fat!
Variation of a hummus recipe I found online. I deleted the oil and use literal dried tomatoes in the bulk food section, softened with hot water before being dumped into the food processor.
