Calories are for whole pizza. 200 grams of dough, 90 grams soft Costco mozzarella, 90 grams part skim packaged mozzarella, and 1/2 cup of 80 k Bertolli Tomato + Basil sauce.
Includes WW English muffin and .5 TLand of Lakes light half butter
This recipe is from The 8-Weel Cholestrol Curb cookbook. They can not be overcooked or they are dry. Otherwise they are moist and taste great.
Good with applesauce or apple butter.
Great--fast and easy. Good for company too, because sauce can be made ahead.
To lower calories even further, use no-calorie brown sugar. and deduct 69 calories.
The dough needs to be made at least 18 hours ahead of time and allowed to re-rise for 2-3 more hours.
If you want crispy fries, preheat the cookie sheet while preheating the oven. When you put the fries on to bake, make sure they are not touching each other.
Some people in our family prefer using 2 TBSP of Fat-free Feta Cheese instead of the cheese slice. It's good too. (adds 5 calories)
I sometimes substitute Laughing Cow cheese for the hummus.
Both ways are great.
Great wrap. Have half with side of salad or fruit. Very filling. Half=208 calories. Whole wrap=2 servings.
This is from the South Beach diet and is a very healthy low calorie way to stay away from starchy potatoes and it tastes pretty darn good plus it's fast!
This is from the Biggest Loser Cookbook. It has 1 Weight Watcher point per serving. (Makes 2 servings). It's pretty good. Sometimes we omit the garlic powder and use black pepper ,lite salt, or cinnamon instead.
You can assemble it in the slow cooker in the evening and wake up to a bowl of hot, nourishing oatmeal. It is important to use steel-cut oats; old-fashioned oats become too soft during slow-cooking.
We love this. The prep time includes 15 minutes refrigeration time to marinade the chicken.
I adjust the amount of crushed red chili pepper depending on who I'm cooking for. 1 teaspoons=fairly hot dish but I like it. 1/2 t makes it mild.

The apple-celery raisin mixture keeps in the refrigerator for a couple days. Add it to fresh spinach when serving and add extra dressing that has been reserved. (For additional dressing the mixture is 2 parts sour cream to 1 part lemon juice sweeten to taste and add vanilla yogurt to taste.
