This chili is a healthier version of the ground beef version using ground turkey breast. It is much lower than its beef cousin in calories, fat and cholesterol.
This is the best homemade vegetable soup recipe I've found so far. Thick soup and great alone or with whole wheat crackers. Packed with vitamins... Nutritious... and doesn't kill your daily calorie count~
High sodium is due to the canned tomatoes, and can be reduced dramatically by using low sodium canned tomatoes, and other low sodium vegetables as desired.
My mom was famous for this lasagna in our family. It was my brother's favorite meal.
