One of my husband's favorite.

My hubby loves these peppers and he isn't fond of peppers.
Ate this type of panini at a restaurant and decided to make it at home. Very yummy.
This was a recipe from a FiberOne website. I used only 1 stick of butter (unsalted) instead and my family loved them. They really do have a great taste. I think I like them better than regular Oatmeal raisin cookies.
A filling and rib sticking dish that my family loves.
I make this for a quick light lunch, often. I don't like mushrooms, so I don't use them.

My family loves this stir fry over rice. My family likes to make burritos the next day if we have any left over.
When I make this pie I use 16 oz of chicken. I also double the recipe to make two pies. I freeze one and bake one.
I will add a can of Cream of Celery soup as well as the Cream of Chicken soup when I make two of them.
I love making one pot dinners. I sometimes use rice instead or with the beans.
Whenever I have left over chicken, I make Fajita's the next day for lunch. We love them.
This is my husband and children's favorite Tuna Salad. If I use the dill, I don't add the Cilantro. I also use a couple of shakes of dried minced green onion.
My sister-in-law who is a diabetic makes this pie for herself and gave the recipe to me. I make it for her during the holidays so she can eat dessert too. I think it is very good and I'm not a diabetic.
I run the chicken through a food processor to get a finer texture. (Almost looks like Tuna salad) Use low fat Miracle Whip to lower fat and calories. Serve on a Pita bread or scooped on top of a salad.
I believe this is a WW recipe that I got many years ago.
This recipe was told to me by a friend that said the Irish Loaf tasted more like a cake. I agree!
I have added Caraway Seeds at times. It was good with those added too. Takes about 15 minutes to prepare.
