Portions are small - 1/4 cup. the recipe makes 10 cups. yummy on yogurt, ice cream or as a cereal with fat-free milk

Blueberry Scones (Revised)

This is a flexible recipe. I often substitute dried cranberries or raisins for the blueberries; you can also use applesauce, banana, cinnamon, etc. Also, any nuts work; I have also used chopped walnuts or sliced almonds

Mal's goulash

Sometimes called American goulash or Hamburger/Macaroni casserole but I just make it in a skillet.

Chicken and Cashew Bake

Excellent casserole! Can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake. Remember to put the topping on for just the last 5 minutes of baking.
This may be served alone or over brown rice. Use soy sauce to taste if you wish.

Chicken Osso Bucco

Oh so good and good for you, too. Both DH and I loved it. This would be a great company meal also. It is easy enough to serve any evening of the week
