Tilapia filets topped with a mixture of Blue Crab meat, artichokes and parmesian cheese. The topping is a good complement to the mild flavor of the Tilapia.
This is very simple and the lemon juice adds a nice complement to the mushrooms. It's kind of like a scalopini sauce.
A simple low fat dish. You could replace the feta or use other herbs and spices as desired. Sometimes I use the leftovers with a small amount of Thai Chili sauce or you could use a Terriaky sauce.

I really like Thai Chili sauce and have developed a rather spicy and tangy salad dressing using Thai Chili Sauce. Although the Thai Chili sauce has a good bit of sugar, I only use 1 Tbsp in the recipe so it's not too bad.
at 252.3 Calories and 2.4g of fat per serving (2 tacos) this is tasty and a great way to satisfy my love of Mexican food. If you want to add cheese to the recipe, you can add 1/4 cup of regular cheddar and it will only be 290.2 calories per serviing. The fat goes to 5.5g per serving.
