ALTER INGREDIENTS AS NECESSARY, SALT FREE NUTS ARE OPTIMUM TO REDUCE SODIUM COUNT, BUT OUR GROCERY STORES DON'T CARRY THESE ITEMS. READ YOUR NUT LABELS, THERE ARE HIDDEN INGREDIENTS SOMETIMES.
