I made these for the first time and they were not only easy to make, but the first gluten-free product I've ever made that tasted perfect! Doesn't hurt that you can finish up the bottle of pink champagne while you work.
Goes well with white bean pesto as a layering ingredient for an Heirloom Tomatoe Torte. Can also be served alone or with pasta.
A wonderful, fresh, low-cal pesto that can be made in seconds and is great as a base for any Italian dish or as a topping for a fresh heirloom tomato salad
