Got this from the Biggest Loser cookbook and adapted for my home

Quick and a great way to use up leftover rice. You can use frozen veggies, or leftovers from your fridge.
I modified a regular lumpia eggroll recipe and made it into burgers. They are very tasty!
I was given this recipe by a friend at a high school reunion and use it often at pot luck suppers. It is very popular.
Hint: If you are taking it to a function, add the dressing, cheese and chips just before serving.
I took Mrs. Shaft's recipe and exchanged it for some lower cal and lower fat ingredients.
I had this at a women's retreat and had to ask for the recipe, and I don't even like cranberries. A must try and super simple to make.
1 can of cranberry sauce and one bottle of salad dressing make enough for two recipes. You can take the pre-mixed concoction and freeze it for another day.
