Brown Rice Salad w. Citrus-Thai Basil VInaigrette (Bobby Flay) 1/6 recipe

Recipe says it makes 4 servings but we found it to be more than that.

Braised Kidney Beans & Sweet Potato

Nutrient dense recipe from website: World's healthiest Foods. My version is different because they add bell pepper which I do not, and I use one whole yam and one whole sweet potato, which comes out to more than the recipr calls for. Salt and pepper is to taste but I had to add a measurement. I eat this in small batches paired with other foods, which is why it is for 8 servings. If you served it as a main dish, it would probably be 4-6 people with the extra sweet potatoes I used.
