Once frozen, the dish can be placed in the oven to thaw when you leave for work in the morning and using the delay timer on the oven, can be ready to eat when you walk in the door after work!
I threw this together using the ingredients I could find in my economy-challenged pantry and it actually tasted good enough to share! The nutrition information is based on what I estimated was consumed after coating the chicken.
Take a break from the regular old BBQ sauce while cooking chicken on the grill. Also makes a great 30-minute marinade prior to putting the chicken on to cook.
