High in protein & fiber, low in fat!
The classic way to make this recipe is by dumping in a whole 6 oz container of full-fat cream cheese! I've made it a little healthier by replacing it with lowfat milk and a little light cream cheese. A nice variation from the default red pasta sauce.
Two classic Dutch dishes make a good meal together.
