This is a low cal individual size pizza. The toppings can be modified to what you like. But remember, if you change the toppings the nutritional values will change as well!
This is a DELICIOUS chili recipe I came up with. I added my favorite ingredients... and waa laa! Ground turkey or ground beef can be added is wanted... but adding MEAT adds CALORIES! I usually eat 2 servings and add 1/4 c. mozarella cheese and 2 tbsp. fat free sour cream.
