B-Vitamin Power house! Don't leave out the Nutritional Yeast!!
A super quick, healthy and unbelievably tasty main dish! If your basa fillets are frozen immerse them in cold water or run them under cold water until partially thawed and then cook them as directed below - they may just need a bit longer to cook.
Serving Size = 2 pieces
Makes 12 servings = approximately 132g per serving.

A friend gave this recipe to me a long time ago, and I only recently tried it. These are very good, especially considering they are sugar free and very low calorie and fat!
