Fresh veggies make this a winner! Serve wrapped in lettuce, in a pita or make a whole wheat sandwich. I like the occassional kick from the diced jalapeno...if you're sensitive to spicy foods than you may want to omit this.
This is so rich and creamy and full of protein. I prefer the taste of whole eggs but you can cut calories and fat by using egg substitute.
Relatively quick and smells delicious.
