For the tomatoes - you can either add fresh tomatoes which are pureed or u can add a can of diced tomatoes which are pureed
I bought the Paneer from an Indian store, and the brand i use goes by the name of Nanak
You can also use home made Paneer
Whipping Cream is optional, you can substitute it with milk if you want to reduce your calorie intake!
This is a highly low fat/calorie desert
Can be had any day of the week....and if u want u can reduce the calorie count even more by not adding Granulated sugar @ all
I used Sprouted Mung and Not BOILED in this case, how ever u can make the same salad in Boiled form also.
u need to add green chilli, red chilli, and garam masala as per taste, and water if it dries up
