AKA Monkey Bread. Easy to make the night before and pop in the oven in the morning
We call this "Chicken stuff" and LOVE it. We make it quite frequently. I eat it as is, my fiancee likes it on a tortilla.
Pampered Chef recipe. Perfect for a cold night. You can make this vegetarian by using vegetable stock instead of chicken stock.
Easy microwave Enchiladas. I use light sour cream and 2% cheese to make it a bit better.
You can prepare the night before and cook later if needed.
I substituted 3/4 cup applesauce for the butter
