Always good for left overs and it will make your house smell AMAZING! Takes about 5 hours to cook.
My mom used to make this with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup added and bacon and ground beef... I was trying to keep it lower cal so I cut these out, but it's wonderful as part of a thanksgiving meal.

Went to Coco's with my boyfriend today and there was a pumpkin whipped cream on top and I thought, Hey I bet I could make this lower fat and calories! And I did, this is an amazing thanksgiving or christmas treat! I put mine over the Whole Wheat Oat Pumpkin Muffins. You could also freeze these in 12 muffin cups, they would only be around 47 calories!

This is a simple pizza plan that can be decreased in calories by making your own dough... I figured most people were like me and looking for a quicker pizza. This isn't very low cal but it is a meal in itself and I didn't lie about the calories for you. If you have two slices it's about 500 cal, but enjoy with a light salad and you have a great meal.
