Beat egg, add all other ingredients, stir until just combined. Add milk as necessary to thin out mixture for making pancakes. Cook 1/4 cup batter servings on medium hot griddle.
Add tbsp of natural peanut butter and 1/2 of a large mashed banana for a nice healthy filling breakfast and lose the syrup calories and sugar.
Makes about 10 pancakes (2-3 servings).
