My family's fallback easy dinner!! Super yummy, always a fave! You canreally muck with the veggies too, whatever is leftover in the fridge gets thrown in ours. Also we throw in either garlic sausage or turkey sausage too, and fry it up before adding in any of the veggies.
stolen from another website!! A very flexible recipe though. Nutrition info is calculated based on two cups of chocolate chips (alot), and full butter. I make mine with 1/2 cup butter and 1/4 c. applesauce, and 1 cup chocolate chips and then assorted dried fruits, flax seed and sunflower seeds. Super yummy!! for weight watchers....6 pts./bar.
This is actually lower in fat and claories than the nutrition info states, as I couldn't find info for drained sundried tomatoes, so this nutirtion info here is assuming you haven't drained them at all. However, the cookbook that the recipe comes from states: 190 cals. 6 grams total fat. From Canadian Livings "Make it Tonight" cookbook.
