The only way I've ever had squash is steamed, or boiled. Neither is much more than edible, am I right? BUT - I tried this recipe with some squash from my mother-in-law's garden, and it's delicious! It's really easy to make to.
You could use fat free half & half for even fewer calories.
Delicious and easy to make. Perfect for one or 2!

High protein, low fat, low carb! You can't really call this "ice cream" since there is no cream. It has more of a soft serve texture. For added flavor, consider adding chips of your favorite protein/energy bar.

Low in fat, high on taste! This is so easy and quick to make, too! Basically, use 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese per fillet that you will broil. Add just enough mayo to form a thick paste, then thin it with the lemon juice. Add seasonings to your liking. YUM!!
(Other recipes call for butter, but I find that if I use butter, it drains off of the fish and onto the pan. Leaving the butter out helps to keep the cheese topping on the fish!)
Low fat, low carb. This is a LOT of eggs and is very filling! This could easily serve 4 people with a side dish.
Use homemade salsa or reduced sodium salsa to drastically lower sodium content.
P90X recipe using Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein - Vanilla (available at Walmart). This makes quite a large shake, so you better have a big glass handy.
These cookies are the pinnacle of perfection! If you want a big, fat, chewy cookie like the kind you see at the bakeries and specialty shops, then these are the cookies for you. Each cookie is generously sized.
This is makes 6 HUGE sandwiches. I have a hard time eating half of one. This is a lower carb recipe, with close to 1:1 ratio of protein to carb.
Note that there is typically a LOT of dipping sauce left over, hence you could approximate much less of the sodium content listed in the recipe.
