An adaptation of a recipie I found online, it was already healthym this is just adapted for the ingredients I used.
I saw this online, and my Hubby tweaked it to meet our needs. We used dried beans, so the prep time includes the 2 to 2/5 hours needed for the "quick soak" bean method.

My hubby just made these, with Splenda instead of sugar and blueberries we picked and froze a couple weeks ago here in north GA.

Lwenger has a great comfort food recipe for Tortilla Chicken & Dumplings, but it serves 8 and I only need 1/2 that. I've taken the recipe, halved it and used my favorite high fiber tortilla and low sodium/99% fat free chicken broth to make it even healthier.

Shelly is a blogger and WLS patient. I think her recipies look so good but I haven't tried them yet - so I posted this one because it looks simple and I want to try it.

m and I just HAD to add it here so I can make it and track it! They said serves 10, I say it serves 8. It still comes out with just 155 calories per serving with my few tweaks!
I saw this recipe on Whole Foods' website and it looked so good I just had to post it here so I could try it!
I saw this recipe on bhg.com and it sounded so good that I had to put it on here! It makes 4 appetizer sized portions or 2 entree sized portions. They had nutrition info that is 269 Calories, 9g of Fat, 34g Carbs and 8g of Protein, but my calculations are much better than that at 182.6 Calories, 7.1g of Fat, 19.7g Carbs, and 10.7g Protein!
