Smoothie For Me

put 2 cups of summer fruit salad in microwave for 55 seconds (makes it easier on the blenders blades).
Meanwhile, chunk up a medium sized banana and put in blender, add 1 cup of 1% partly skimmed milk (although I usually use the 0.5% milk) then add 3 tbsp of natural wheat bran.
Add fruit salad to blender, and blend until smooth.

Mushroom Soup Rice

Empty Can of Mushroom Soup into cooking pot, add water as you would with just making soup.
Add two cups of rice, and cook.
