I used this to see my calorie intake for the patties we make at home! Your calorie count varies on bread crumb use and amount of crisco needed to fry both sides! This is one seving from a can that has 7 servings!
This is the lower calerie version of this recipe!
The other is delicious, but this one is nutritious and still nutritious!
This is more to see the caloric value of a dinner my husband made. It is delicious!
But VERY high in sodium! I had to drink alot of water after this one! Lower the calories by using low sodium and wheat!
This is another family favorite that I think you will enjoy. You can use ground turkey/chicken and brown rice to cut your calorie intake. I will add extra everything and make meatballs for people who don't like the pepper!
I am putting this out because I need to see what my calorie intake is for this. Try it! My Kids love this! My daughter even takes this to work and reheats for later eating! It doesn't get any easier than this!
This bread is one of the best tasting lowfat breads I have EVER had! Make sure that the pears are perfectly ripe and sweet! Low cal sugar can be used to lower calories more!
REMEMBER...THIS IS ACTUALLY LESS CALORIES BECAUSE YOU ARE ONLY SAVING THE LIQUID!
I used this to make lowfat pear bread. It took a little longer, but it was worth it!
