These yummy meatballs look and taste great and are loved by kids and adults alike. The recipe is from Jean Pare's cookbook (minus the salt) and I have been making these for years as my husband loves to fish. We use home canned Coho, but any red salmon will do. Serve with a crisp green salad and whole grain buns to sop up any extra sauce.
A hearty meal soup that freezes well and serves a crowd. Can be made on the stove top or in a crock pot. Kids love this veggies rich soup.
