Preheat oven to 375. Mix first 7 ingredients together and place in single pie crust lined pie plate. Place pie in oven for 35 minutes. For topping, combine flour and brown sugar and cut in butter till crumbly. Sprinkle over outer edges of pie leaving center open. Bake 15-20 min or till golden. cover edges with foil to keep from burning if required.
