Great on those cold days. Chili with ground turkey, macaroni and beans. 1 pot meal!
chicken breast, dijon mustard, Lite maple syrup, brown rice mixed together for a staple around my home.
Yummy breakfast cereal. Mix with bran flakes to add bulk. Great on those hot summer days when cooked oats are to hot.
Yummy served on whole wheat bun.
Yummy onion soup! Bread and cheese aren't added, this is just the soup.
My version of potato soup, loaded with additional veggies, great for colds. Add a ham sandwich for a great dinner.
