Best Moist Chocolate Cake

This is a wonderful American cake recipe, which I've made several times. My first attempt was a bit of a disaster, as I didn't use baking parchment and tried to remove the cake before it was completely cool, so I had to piece the cake back together again once I scraped it off the tin!

The next time I lined my cake tin and allowed the cake to cool completely before removing it and it worked perfectly. The cake is wonderfully chocolatey and stays moist for several days.

Chicken Fajitas (filling only)

This recipe is only for the chicken fajita filling, as the basic ingredients are always the same, but I use different tortillas each time I make this. You can calculate the extra calories for tortillas and sour cream separately to get a more accurate reading.

This is a filling dessert, so you could reduce calories further by changing the number of servings from 2 to 3, which works out at 214 calories per serving.

Cheesy Chicken & Spinach Pasta Bake

This is a variation on Spinach Chicken Bake submitted by Silly_Me. The original was too bland and not filling enough for me, so I added pasta, and changed some of the ingredients to liven it up a bit.

Dangerously Chocolatey Cookies

These cookies are wickedly sinful, but exceedingly good. They are extremely calorific, so you could make them smaller to reduce the calorie value.
