throw everything in a pot and add seven or eight cups water. Cook 15-20 ;minutes. Season with herbs and a bit of salt and pepper. Place about half of veggies and broth in blender and blend. Then add back to pot.
Process in food processor until smooth and creamy. Store in refrigerator.
