Lovely winter casserole - add herbs of your choice - I like tarragon in mine. The sauce can also be thickened with veggie gravy granules but you will need to add the cals in.

A really tasty mix of flavours - perfect for lunch. Mix the night before and let the flavours mingle. Serve hot or cold. Could be served as a side dish.

Incredibly easy to make and very impressive as a finished dish.

Bulgur wheat is healthier (and tastier) than coucous or rice too!

Lovely, lovely wrap. Makes a change from the usual. Lots of protein and good fats as well


Can be made with different nuts, sprouts etc. Would make a good brekkie..
