This is one of my family's all time favorite meals. It is higher in sodium than what I caret o eat BUT it is made with canned black beans and jar salsa. If you cook your own beans and use homemade salsa you can decrease the sodium dramatically.
This has the fajita name only because of the ingredients. There are no tortillas in this recipe. My whole family loves this one!!
This makes a VERY thick and creamy soup, so if you want a thinner soup this is no the recipe for you.
