Adapted from a Mark Bittman Recipe - a whole can of pumpkin replaces the 1/2 c of butter the recipe orginally calls for.
Found this recipe on the Food Network's website - a Tyler Florence creation. I made a few slight adaptations (fat free feta, for example), and ended up with a very delightful, fairly low cal dish.
From what I've read, this really is not a traditional moussaka, but it's still a tasty dish!
This is an easy, low fat, low calorie pasta dish, as long as you use low carb pasta. And it's delicious!
