Yummy comfort food! Can add bacon and/or breadcrumbs, too (not included in nutritional info).
This is the only way my kids will eat cabbage!
There are a couple wee recipe substitutes here - check if you're making the original Moosewood version!
For example, the original calls for 2 cups onion and 1/2 lb mushrooms - my family won't stand for that! I added carrots and broccoli instead.
Yummy way to use left-over spaghetti. I split this into 12 servings for lunch-sized portions (I eat it with a large salad). Would be good as 6 - 8 servings for a substantial dinner. If your spaghetti already has sauce, even better, but you might want to make sure it's not swimming in liquid.
Adapted from a Rachel Ray recipe. Quick, easy, tasty and filling!
Easy, filling and warming. Could use any curry paste - I had leftover tandoori paste to use up. Could also use soaked split peas, or a mix of pulses.
Made with beans and lentils. Great over rice or with tortilla chips (or over couscous, for a change).
